Terina was born in Athens in 1969.

 

Education 

Mrs. Raptis received her law degree from the law faculty of the University of Athens in 1991. She obtained her Master Degree (LL.M.) at the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom (1992), in the subject area of European Community Law.
